FLOW BUSINESS (part of Cable & Wireless Communications) is serving business customers with a complete portfolio of connectivity and communication solutions tailored to the Small and Medium Business, Enterprise and Government segments. The business is growing and they are excited about the future as they strive to unlock innovative business solutions in the region. The new Senior Account Manager B2B will serve the top 100 clients in Enterprise and Government in Curacao as part of the Dutch Caribbean sales team.
• Responsible for structurally pursuing potential new business and opportunities to increase the share of wallet, by influencing and advising CEOs, senior management, decision makers and stakeholders.
• Take care of increasing market share, minimizing risks and optimizing the return on the portfolio for this target group.
• Defines account plans in which the strategic /tactical approach is described how to capture and address the opportunities for (prospective) customer accounts.
• Responsible for providing input to the Management Team for strategic decisions related to the top business market, acting in the spirit of this strategy and carries it out.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with proven track record of enterprise sales.
• 4- 6 years of experience with consultative selling.
• Ability to manage large projects.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate effectively through a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment.
• Preferably knowledge (strategically and tactically) of enterprise telecom products, services and concepts.
