• You play a vital role within the company, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring that financial practices align with organizational goals, strategic initiatives and regulatory standards.
• You provide leadership to the finance team and supports executive management with financial insights that guide informed decision-making.
• You also serve as a key advisor to the Investment Committee, offering financial and strategic input on investment decisions to support the long-term financial health of the organization.
• You play an important role in contributing to the financial resilience and sustainable growth of the organization, particularly in relation to the insurance market.
• You are an important Management Team member and report to the executive management.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a senior financial role, with at least 2 years in leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management.
• Knowledge of IFRS and specific experience in the insurance industry (life insurance) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
