• Providing strategic and operational leadership to the organization, including developing and implementing strategic policies and achieving financial and operational objectives.
• Ensuring high-quality services in harbor towage, pilot transport, and emergency response.
• Holding final responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards (QHSE, ISM).
• Operating within the framework of the CPA Group and ensuring transparent decision-making toward the shareholder and Supervisory Board.
• Providing inspiring leadership to the team and encouraging professional development.
• Promoting a healthy, safe, and results-oriented organizational culture.

• Completed academic degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or a maritime discipline;
• At least 5 years of experience as an executive or overall responsible leader within an organization, preferably within the maritime sector; ;
• Proven experience in strategic management, financial policy, and operational leadership;
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management;
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and leadership with attention to people and organizational dynamics.
