HUCOR Holding N.V. is one of the leading hospitality groups in Curaçao, operating 16 locations with over 450 employees across the KFC, Pizza Hut and Subway franchises.

We are looking for an Interim COO who goes beyond managing — someone who drives performance, brings structure and delivers measurable results fast.

The Challenge

As Interim COO, you are fully responsible for the operational performance of the organization. You translate strategy into execution and deliver immediate improvements in:

• Operational efficiency and performance
• Profitability and cost control
• Franchise compliance and brand standards
• Team leadership and accountability across all levels

What You Will Do

• Lead all restaurant operations (16 locations, 450+ employees)
• Deliver measurable improvements in KPIs, revenue and margins
• Optimize processes, structure and workforce efficiency
• Ensure compliance with franchise standards and quality requirements
• Drive transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Represent the organization in partner and supplier relationships

Who You Are

• 8–10+ years of senior operational leadership experience
• Strong background in multi-unit operations (franchise, retail or hospitality preferred)
• Proven track record in turnaround, optimization or scaling operations
• Decisive, hands-on and execution-driven leader
• Comfortable operating both strategically and on the ground
• Strong communication skills (Dutch and English required; Papiamentu is a plus)
• Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments
