Compliance Manager

Our client is a global leading corporate fiduciary and administrative services company.

• Responsible for the design, implementation, oversight and continuous enhancement of the organization and its affiliated companies’ compliance framework in accordance with the requirements of its regulators, including policies and procedures aimed at the prevention and detection of money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing (AML/CTF/CPF).
• Act independently from operational management and have direct access to the Managing Directors and the Board.
• Serves as the primary contact person toward supervisory authorities and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
• Oversee the effective implementation of a risk-based AML/CTF/CPF framework.
• Leads and manages the Compliance Department and ensures that compliance tasks are properly executed, monitored, and documented.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, Business Economics, Accountancy and/or Business Administration followed by a professional qualification e.g., CAMS/CFE/AML/CFT is a plus.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position within the financial services sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage various conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• You are trustworthy, a team player, flexible and result oriented.
• Knowledge of local legislation and regulatory compliance including exposure to AML/ CFT, CRS, FATCA, CBCS.
